SHIPPING

Currently, Artists' Tuck Shop are able to ship within the UK. 

We take 1-3 days to process and dispatch your order, and as of April 2023, we use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service for all deliveries. Royal Mail work hard to get your order to you within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) from us. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay. We will send you a Royal Mail tracking number after placing your order and you should generally receive your order within 5-7 days from date of purchase.

We are happy to try and arrange customised shipping, should you have specific requirements. Please get in touch before placing your order.

Free Local Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our studio in Rogart Street Campus, Glasgow. Please contact us ahead of ordering to arrange a suitable date and time ahead of ordering. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently sell outside the UK.

POSTAGE DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to carefully, safely and securely wrap every single order we post to our customers in the hope delivery couriers will take the time and care to be mindful of delicate products.

Should an order be returned to us if the recipient was unable to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge our standard shipping cost of £3.50 for the item to be redelivered.

We do not accept liability for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided on the order.

We do not accept liability for orders not delivered for reasons beyond out control, such as fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.

In the event that there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and any photos. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund Policy

We really hope you are 100% happy with your purchase, however for any reason you are not entirely satisfied and wish to return to your order, you can do so by following these simple steps.

Please note our returns policy is strictly 14 days for a refund or exchange on unworn and unused goods.

Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued on items where the request to return or exchange your order is made outside our 14 day policy, unless by extenuating circumstances. Your 14 day return policy begins on the day you receive your order. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE or discounted items, unless faulty or damaged in transit. 

Items Bought Online 

  1. Let us know that you wish to return an item by emailing us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery quoting your order number. Please do not send an item back to us without contacting us first. 

  2. Please securely package your return order ensuring it is in it's original, unused condition. 

  3. Please ensure you send your return order via a trackable postage service as Artists' Tuck Shop does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. 

  4. Once we receive your order, a refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to the card you used to make the original purchase within 5 business days. 

  5. Please note that as a small business we are unable to compensate for postage costs and therefore do not include them in our refund policy.  

Unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns of any item that has been used, returned without packaging or in an unsaleable condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely situation that your your order arrives and there is a fault with it, please email us at [email protected] within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. We will be able to discuss next steps on an case by case basis. Please note we unfortunately do not offer postage refunds on returned items. 

Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. Damaged faulty items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior arrangements confirmed.

What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service. 

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
